Our Ethical Youth Workshops do not exist to tell youth what is Ethical; they exists to ask whether youth are willing to be ethical—intentionally.

Ethics is not a destination reached through instruction; it's a journey taken individually, and collectively - shaped by Reflection, Conscience, and the choices the individual makes, when clarity is present. Where harm repeats itself—where evil begets evil, and ambiguity narrows perception - Ethics discerns a path forward.

We live in a World, where ambiguity has become comfortable, even normalized.

Throughout our Ethical Workshop, youth will encounter Scenarios they may recognize. Youth may see the World differently, perhaps uncomfortably - at times, Truth will be visible and still resisted. That tension is not failure—it is the space where Ethical growth can occurs. 

Where unethical, unscrupulous behaviours and practice are the norm,  or go unchecked; many Cultures, especially People of Colour are most at risk of being affected by institutional and indoctrinated Biases, Bigotry & Discrimination.

TRi-E Foundation Workshops help build true Ethical Oversight on the path to "Ethical Social Development" - for an Ethical World where Accountability & Responsibility are not demanded; but are the norm held by ALL.

Democracy (demos kratia) is the "Power of the People;"  it's not the power of Bigotry, Discrimination or the arrogance of Indoctrinated Hate & Ignorance!
